Tiffany trained in massage at East West College of the Healing Art and graduated in 2005. Her love for massage and the healing effects it has on the body, mind, and soul began years earlier when she experienced this first hand during an auto accident. She was amazed how after a few massages her body began to heal itself, come more into balance that she’s never experienced before, could think more clearly and she had a new outlook on life.
Tiffany offers pre-natal, Swedish, deep tissue, pediatrics/minors, Arvigo Technique Maya Abdominal Massage (ATMAM), and is a birth doula. She enjoys easing the discomforts during pregnancy as the baby grows, increasing blood flow throughout the mother’s body resulting in maximum nutrients being delivered to the baby, and creating a more nurturing environment for growth and well-being. As a birth doula, Tiffany is present and there to support couple and family physically and emotionally and to help make labor as manageable as possible – in the hospital, home, or birth center. She assists in creating and carrying out a birth plan as well as offer educational information, resources, and referrals. She also offers infant massage classes for parents and families. She believes that through massage parents are able to bond, connect, and read their baby’s cues more effectively; thus connecting everyone as a family unit.
