Dr. Augusta Swift has a general family practice with a focus on reestablishing balance and restoring function of all systems in the body. She believes the body has the ability to heal itself if provided with proper support. Rather than using lifelong supplementation to manage disease and symptoms, Dr. Swift promotes a return to normal physiology with her patients through lifestyle changes and focused, individualized treatment plans. Dr. Swift has a special interest in hormonal imbalances, reproductive health, pediatrics, digestive disorders, neurologic disorders and autoimmunity. Her practice includes clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, biotherapeutic drainage, soft tissue bodywork and craniosacral therapy. Establishing and maintaining one’s health is a process, and Dr. Swift dedicates herself to supporting her patients throughout their journey.

Augusta (Gusty) grew up in Jackson, Wyoming where she developed her love for nature and the outdoors. She ski raced competitively at Dartmouth College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in pre-med, studio art and art history, and was an active member of the alpine ski team as an Academic and Athletic All-American. She moved to Portland, Oregon to attend the National College of Natural Medicine to pursue her longstanding passion for medicine. Gusty enjoys spending her free time in the mountains, on a river or at the beach with her husband and three children.
